Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Armadilo tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
